This form is for reporting your experience in securing a repair or replacement of your recalled/defective GE dishwasher. This is an informal poll in order to see how GE handles the recall. In the past, GE has expended quite a lot of time, money, and energy avoiding both the letter and the spirit of a recall or 'special program' dealing with defective appliances. We would like to see - early in the process - whether or not the tiger has changed its stripes.

The more information you provide to us, the more effective we can be in intervening if it becomes necessary. To those of you who lived through the Turner v. General Electric Class Action litigation, you know full well just how clever GE can be in avoiding their responsibilities. We'd like to catch them with their pants down early in the process this time.
